Screenplay & Playwright Vault (Private Access Network)
Echoes of Service provides a secure, members-only area where vetted screenplays and theatrical works by our authors can be showcased to industry professionals for potential adaptation or acquisition.
This Screenplay Vault is designed to connect writers from our veteran and first responder communities with producers, directors, agents, and scouts seeking original, meaningful content.
🔒 How It Works:
  • Submission & Vetting:
Authors submit their screenplay or theatrical work. All entries are reviewed by Echoes of Service staff for originality, quality, and adherence to our ethical guidelines.
  • Secure Hosting:
Each approved entry is hosted securely on our private database. Only the author, vetted staff, and registered production companies can access it.
  • Producer Access:
Verified industry professionals can access the vault through an annual license billed quarterly. Access includes:
  • Browse by genre, author, or keyword
  • View loglines, synopses, and author bios
  • Request contact or option rights directly through the platform
  • Author Control:
Authors retain full ownership of their work and may update or remove listings at any time. No script is ever shared publicly without consent.
Adaptation Services
Whether you’re transforming a memoir into a documentary script or turning a novel into an audiobook, we offer tailored support for bringing your story into new formats. Each project is unique—so pricing and scope are customized through consultation.
Available Adaptation Paths:
⚙️ How It Works:
  1. Initial Consultation to assess scope, format, and budget
  1. Proposal & Pricing based on complexity and services needed
  1. Execution Phase with milestones and collaborative input
  1. Delivery & Rights Discussion (co-written or ghostwritten works may include rights sharing agreements)
Echoes of Service only accepts adaptations that meet our publishing ethics and content review standards. All rights remain with the author unless a shared agreement is in place. The listed adaptations are only examples. Should you have another vision in mind we would like to hear it and try our best to make it work for you.

Publishing Standards
Echoes of Service Publishing proudly adheres to the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA) Hybrid Publisher Criteria to ensure fairness, transparency, and quality in all of our partnerships.
As a hybrid publisher, we:
  • Maintain clear, written contracts outlining author and publisher responsibilities
  • Provide professional editing, design, and production services equal to traditional publishers
  • Support wide distribution options that align with author goals and ethical standards
  • Ensure authors retain meaningful control over their work, rights, and revenue
  • Disclose all costs up front, with no hidden fees or upselling
  • Uphold high editorial integrity, publishing only original, ethically responsible content
By aligning our practices with IBPA standards, we offer our authors a publishing experience grounded in professionalism, respect, and long-term success.
Veteran & First Responder Publishing Standards
As a veteran-founded publishing company, Echoes of Service is built on the values of honor, integrity, accountability, and service. These aren’t just slogans—they are the foundation of how we treat our authors, how we handle content, and how we show up in the publishing world.
We hold ourselves and our authors to the following standards:
  • Authenticity Over Exploitation
We publish stories that honor lived experience without glorifying violence, trauma, or false heroism. We do not support "stolen valor" or unverifiable military claims.
  • Service Before Self
We serve our authors with the same commitment we once gave to our units and communities. This means transparent communication, no hidden fees, and professional-grade quality in everything we do.
  • Accountability & Trust
Every manuscript is reviewed to ensure it aligns with our values and community standards. We do not publish hate speech, manifestos, or content that undermines public trust in veterans or first responders.
  • Empowerment Through Storytelling
We believe that writing can be healing. We create safe, supportive spaces for veterans, first responders, and their families to share their truth and reclaim their voice—without gatekeeping or exploitation.
By blending our commitment to service with industry-standard publishing practices, Echoes of Service offers a hybrid model grounded in both professionalism and purpose.
